AFRIQMARKETHUB NIGERIA LIMITED a Limited Liability Company registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act CAP C20 LFN 2004 with its office at registered address at Plot 27A, Block 11, Gbolahan Akinmuda [CO1] Street, Magodo Phase 1, Lagos (hereinafter referred to as the " Afriqmarkethub ") of the second part.

 

AND

 

(                                          ) Liability Company registered under the Companies and Allied matters Act CAP C20 LFN 2004 with its office at(                                                                                           ), (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”) of the one part.

 

1.0.       WHEREAS

1.1.      Afriqmarkethub is an online retail store and a distributor and manufacturers’ representatives of goods and services.

 

1.2.      The Vendor is a manufacturer, marketer and trading in general goods and services in any part of the world.

 

1.3.      The Vendor intends to sell goods on Afriqmarkethub’s website platform and Afriqmarkethub has agreed to allow the Vendor to use its website platform for this purpose on the terms and conditions contained herein below.

 

1.4.      The Parties are desirous of entering a relationship for the sales and marketing of good to customers in Nigeria and in any parts of the world on an e-commerce platform.

1.5.      Both Parties have agreed under the terms and conditions set out hereunder.

 

 

AND NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
