Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction Welcome to Afriqmarkethub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from our platform www.afriqmarkethub.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Ordering and Payment
All Orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance by Afriqmarkethub.
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order
Afriqmarkethub reserves the right to cancel any Order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items ordered. We may accept or reject your offer at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email or ship the products.
Once your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments must be made through our secure checkout system using our Accepted Payment Methods.
Prior to dispatch, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or phone call from our customer service team within 24–48 hours. Orders will only be shipped after this confirmation, except in the case of prepaid orders, which may be processed immediately. If we are unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of order placement, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled at our discretion.
Afriqmarkethub is not responsible for transaction failures due to third-party payment providers.
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent transactions, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or violations of these terms.
In the event of an order cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to request additional verification or information before processing any order to prevent fraud.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.
The Customer must provide accurate delivery details. Any failed delivery due to incorrect details will not be Afriqmarkethub responsibility
We deliver to every city and state in Nigeria Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
For furniture and other heavy items, an additional delivery fee will apply in addition to the system-generated delivery charge displayed at checkout. The final delivery fee is calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and the item’s size/weight, and will be confirmed prior to dispatched.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be held liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 2days for assistance in filing a claim.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
Afriqmarkethub reserves the right to inspect and approve refund claims.
Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds are processed according to our return policy.
For cancelled orders, refunds will be credited to the customer’s Afriqmarkethub wallet within 5–7 business days. Customers may withdraw funds from their wallet to a commercial bank account, which will typically be processed within 3 business days of the withdrawal request. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method or Afriqmarkethub wallet used for the order. Refunds cannot be transferred to a different account or third party
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Certain products (e.g., personalized, digital, or perishable items) may not be eligible for returns. Refer to our Return Policy for details.
Customers must obtain a return authorization before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Warranty and Liability
Products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing warranty terms before purchase.
We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by law.
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product use, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruptions, or personal injury.
Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Customers agree to use purchased products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

Customers’ data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their account.
Afriqmarkethub shall not be held liable for any transactions, agreements, or dealings conducted outside the company’s official platform between customers and vendors. The company assumes no responsibility for losses, disputes, or damages arising from such external transactions.
7. Customer Conduct
The Customer agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and must not engage in fraudulent transactions.
Afriqmarkethub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities

Customers may not use our trademarks or branding for any purpose without express written permission.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution is not reached, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or litigation as determined by applicable law.
Customers agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Afriqmarkethub.
Any disputes shall first be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
Any claims must be brought within 1 month of the cause of action arising or be forever barred.
10. Amendments
Afriqmarkethub reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of our platform and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Afriqmarkethub regarding purchases and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
